REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

The wrong product was delivered.

The product was unavailable after payment.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of food products, opened, used, or consumed items cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a quality issue or delivery error.
